1 big container of Plain Greek yogurt with less ingredients as possible

4 heaping tablespoons of chia seeds, mix and cover.

Refrigerate over night.

Give a teaspoon to a  tablespoon to your dog. Depends on weight of your dog. 

Smaller container of yogurt add, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
